How to find our office
We are located at 10777 Nall Ave, Suite 220 Overland Park, KS 66211. The building is located on the NE corner of 435 and Nall. We are in Building II, closest to I-435 and to Nall. The top of the building says Apex Orthopedics and Sports Medicine on the 435 side of the building and KU Women's Specialty Clinic on the Nall side of the building.
Restrooms are located on the 2nd floor between the elevator and our office.
Some information regarding your Appointment
Appointments are made by phone or via website request. When you call to make an appointment, some basic contact and insurance information will be gathered. You will be given a code to access to our web portal which will allow you to fill out your medical information prior to visiting the office.
If you have scheduled your appointment for a full skin check, acne, or any facial concern, please come with no makeup. Please note that some problems are complex and may require the entire appointment.
We do require 24 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. A late cancellation or no-showed appointment may require a $35 fee to reschedule your appointment.
Please make sure to bring your photo ID, insurance cards and form of payment. All co-pays will be collected at time of service. Patients with insurance plans that have high deductibles will require a $50 payment at time of service.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if online paperwork is completed. If online paperwork is not completed, you will need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If paperwork is not completed and in our system by your scheduled time with the doctor, it may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

After Hours Calls
Messages left for the nurse before 4:00 PM will be returned the same business day. Prescription refills will be given during normal business hours. For after hours emergencies for current patients, our answering service will direct you to the doctor on call, if necessary.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. Insurance cards must be presented at the time of service. All patients are financially responsible for any fees not covered by their insurance company.
All co-payments, co-insurance and applicable deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. If payment is not received in a timely manner, all accounts will be turned over to a collection agency. Patient collection balances must be paid in full, and a minimum $25 reinstatement fee will be applied prior to any future appointments.
